1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blackvale website (blackvale.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Services
Blackvale Protective Services provides armed executive protection and transport services. All reservations made through this website are requests subject to confirmation by our concierge team. Submission of a reservation request does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by Blackvale.
3. Pricing & Payment
Half Day Detail: $1,200 (up to 6 hours). Full Day Detail: $2,000 (up to 12 hours). Additional hours: $300 per hour. All rates include vehicle, fuel, tolls, and refreshments. Pricing is non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. Payment is invoiced via secure link prior to service. We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Cash is not accepted on day of service.
4. Cancellation Policy
48+ hours prior: full refund. Within 48 hours: half-day rate forfeited. Within 24 hours: full reservation forfeited. Reschedules are accommodated at no additional charge when possible.
5. Confidentiality
Blackvale maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information. All personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We do not disclose client names, schedules, or any service details to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blackvale Protective Services provides protection services on a best-effort basis. While our protectors are extensively trained, we cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Blackvale Protective Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
