How A BlackVale Security Operative Is Made
Background
Every operative carries a minimum of six years in professional protection or high-level service training. We do not hire from general staffing agencies. Verifiable professional service record required before interview.
Vetting
Three-stage internal vetting: documented record review, in-person interview, closed-door scenario evaluation. Annual re-verification on every operative.
Licensing
California Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit on file at all times. Verified before every shift.
Firearms
Quarterly live-fire qualifications. Annual scenario-based training. Mandatory de-escalation refreshers. Weapon retention drilled to muscle memory.
Driving
Evasive maneuvering, route planning, surveillance detection, and the discreet driving etiquette required for principals who simply want to arrive on time.
Hospitality
Door etiquette, dining-room composure, restraint in five-star venues, and how to be present without being intrusive.

BlackVale operates under a California Private Patrol Operator license and carries comprehensive general liability and commercial auto coverage above industry minimums.
